What Does It Mean To Join The Launch Team?
To join our team means doing five things: (1) You must believe in our statement of faith, located here. (2) Commit to faithfully sowing into KC PHX, which can be done here. (3) Commit to faithfully attending and finding a place to help serve for the first year. This may be as simple as helping welcome guests once a month on a team or a minimum of serving with the volunteer work that we commit to in the future. (4) Commit to faithfully pray for the Kingdom of Heaven to advance in the PHX region through Kings' Church. (5) Fill out the form above!
I Have A Very Specific Gift, Can I Do That Thing?
Maybe! Whenever a new church is established or any entity is formed its all hands on deck serving wherever there is a need. We would want to see everyone fully alive in Christ, the exercise of a particular gifting is secondary to the primary aim. That being said, please let us know where your gifting and desire to serve are!
Who Will Be The Pastor in PHX?
Pastor David will be at KC PHX and KC NYC. Brandon Baker is the local lead for Kings' PHX. We will also be building out robust team in PHX that will eventually include a full time PHX staff.
When Do We Start?
The Launch Date for KC PHX (Scottsdale), is currently slated for September 22nd, 2024. That being said, the current space that we have locked down for the first 6 months is under construction, so we are not announcing an official launch date, until the builders get in and get going.
